Adriana serves a hearty breakfast every morning including juice and coffee. A decent lunch is also provided every day. Happy hour includes Mexican beer and of course Margaritas served on our roof-top deck. Dinner ranges from Adriana's best Mexican dishes to good old fashion American BBQ. Also known as "The Pilot's Nest" the house serves as a perfect place for flight instruction or just to come and fly. As mentioned elsewhere, we use stock videos in the training process as well as videos shot of each student. It's a fantastic learning environment and experience.
